@jamesyworld: KOREAN PORK BELLY NOODLES (GOGI GUKSU) 🇰🇷    When I traveled to Jeju Island in Korea a few years ago, one of my favorite things I ate was gogi guksu. A rich pork broth, almost reminiscent of Japanese tonkotsu, with bouncy somen noodles. SO hearty and comforting 🥹    I’ve made versions of this before that took hours to build flavor. But I finally cracked the code to making it in just 15 minutes thanks to @Reclamation Foods Korean-Style Pork Bone Broth 🍲    Even though I cook with instant beef broth a lot, you rarely see Korean pork bone broth, and I LOVE how clean and adaptable this one is. It’s shelf-stable and made with only two ingredients, which makes it the perfect base.    This 15-minute gogi guksu instantly took me back to Jeju 🫶🏽    8 oz pork belly, cut into bite-sized pieces  4 scallions, cut into thirds  5 garlic cloves  24 oz Korean-style pork bone broth  1 tsp fish sauce  Somen noodles (or any noodles)    Toppings (optional)  Egg strands  Seaweed  Scallions  Chili crisp    1. Cook the pork belly in a pot until crispy and golden, letting the fat render.  2. Push the pork to one side. Add scallions and garlic to the rendered fat and sauté for a few minutes until fragrant.  3. Pour in the pork bone broth and simmer for 5 minutes. Season with fish sauce.  4. Strain out the scallions and garlic.  5. Pour the hot broth over cooked noodles and finish with your favorite toppings.    #koreanfood #porkbelly #noodlesoup
