@thedizzycook: Recipes I save for the worst migraine attack days - all recipes linked in profile! These are the recipes I rely on when an attack hits hard and I need relief fast. Whether it’s pain, dizziness, or nausea, a lot of these I have made ahead so I can reach for one as soon as I feel symptoms. 1. Ginger juice - I blend this together and put into cubes to have in hot or cold water. This is best for if I feel pain - tends to at least take the pain level down 2-3 points. 2. Anti-inflammatory green smoothie - Great if I need something more substantial but still don’t want to eat, I’ve had multiple reviews this smoothie has helped hundreds of people with their attacks. 3. Electrolyte drink - Best for high nausea days or if I need to restore electrolytes, this one is blended with ginger and mint for pain and nausea relief. 4. Butter pasta - Super simple, all in one pan, the salty carbs hit just right, aren’t super heavy on my stomach and it’s so low effort and comforting. This is also great for kids with migraine! 5. Blueberry ginger cubes - My brain fog buster. I use these on days I may have an attack but still have to be mom or work. It’s a natural energy booster for me. These are my personal favorites but I’d love to hear if you have any that are your go tos or ones you’d maybe like to see?
