@bakeandbehold: Fudgy brownie cookies 🍫🍪 Semi Sweet chocolate- 227 grams (1CUP) Unsalted Butter- 6 tbsp (3 OZ) Brown Sugar- 150 grams (3/4 CUP) White Sugar- 50 grams (1/4 CUP) 2 Eggs (room temperature) All purpose flour- 60 grams (1/2 CUP) Cocoa Powder- 22 grams (1/4 CUP) Salt- 1/4 tsp Espresso powder- 2 tsp (optional), add 1 tsp vanilla extract instead. Method- 1. Melt butter and chocolate in microwave (2 mins on high) 2. Beat sugars and eggs until light and pale in color 3. Mix chocolate and eggs mixtures. 4. Add dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
