kind woman? the woman going 15 under a speed limit, he honked, she slammed on her brakes, he went around. she raced around him a 2nd time and slammed her brakes a 2nd time, he turned. she told a cop she knew and said he had a gun to get the cop to be on her side.

Had a cop act similarly to me as I was the witness to a hit and run. He made contact with the runner based on the plate number and car description and came back to me acting like the old lady that got hit and I were making it up.
