Not including deaths due to service connected illnesses or accidental overdoses of addicts who used to numb the pain, we have lost roughly 20 times more troops from self inflicted unaliving than we did during "Iraqi Freedom". 20 times more lives lost on the home front than the front lines. I will never understand how anyone can be happy about our young men and women heading to face such a terrible fate.

They don't understand how combat affects the brain. After I came home a mental wreck (still am but getting help), I can't hold a job and I had to move back in with my parents. I NEED physical help now in my episodes, it's hard.

I did serve in combat along with the US Special Forces, and First Calvary Division. First of all this is not a sports game, it's totally devastating in the war theater.

I agree. I don’t understand. I guess it’s easy for those who do so from their couch, with the remote, drinking beer in their homes. I’ve been saying this for days. Thank you for your services. As a chaplain, I’m certain the work that you did or do is so extremely important to those you’ve supported.
