In Nigeria. We call these children dada. These children are naturally gifted and highly spiritual. Cutting their hair can cause them death or illness. If they want to cut their hair they have to go through a special spiritual ceremony before they can cut their hair to avoid death or illness. But, I recommend the family find out what their spiritual gifts are because they're blessings to the family. They're seen as child deities.
