Leasing removes all equity from you. Once you start leasing, you’re pretty much stuck leasing for life, because your equity is gone. Financing or buying outright is the best in my opinion.

I paid off my 4Runner when it had 20,000 miles. 50,000 miles later, I haven’t had a payment in years…..and haven’t done much more than basic maintenance.

Got a lease ONCE. Ended up getting Rear ended in the highway that totaled the car. Not our fault, the guys insurance paid, thought we were good. NOPE didn’t realize that when the car is completely paid off with 3yrs left on the contract that your credit takes a hit. Literally both my spouse and mine credit dropped over a 100+ pts over night 😓🫠

Not true leasing is a concept not a monthly payment most people try to sell you on a payment there are just as much negatives in buying a car or paying cash if you share a cash analysis and compare it with the other options and 90% of people who finance have negative equity a true professional will share all of the options with a customer

Leasing is also good for business owners because they can write off the entire lease payment, so everything they pay for the vehicle is a tax deduction and helps reduce their tax liability.
