Pulled beef rolls with cheesy chips & gravy - cosy season Ingredients: 150g pulled beef brisket (previously cooked on another recipe) 2 large buttered rolls 4 medium potatoes 1 tbsp olive oil Salt & pepper 1 tbsp garlic granules 1 tsp dried thyme 1 tsp paprika 30g grated Mozarella 100ml gravy Method: - - Chop the potatoes into chunky chips. Then add to the airfryer, coat in oil and season. Shake until coated. Cook for 35 minutes on 185 - until soft inside and crispy. - Plate up the chips, top with the mozarella, gravy season and finish with fresh parsley. To the large buttered rolls, add the beef brisket mixture. Method for beef incase you can’t find it: 1. Place the beef brisket in the slow cooker and season with salt and pepper. Pour over the beef stock, add the bay leaves and cook on low for 3 hours. 2. Peel and chop the carrots and onion, then add them to the slow cooker. Stir to submerge the vegetables in the stock and cook on low for a further 3 hours, or until the beef is tender and easily shredded. 3. Remove the beef from the slow cooker and shred using two forks, discarding any excess fat. Stir the gravy granules into the cooking liquid until thickened, then return the shredded beef to the slow cooker and mix until coated in the gravy.
