@crime.boss.podcast: Lindsay Clancy, the Duxbury, Massachusetts mom accused of killing her three children, was back in court remotely for a motions hearing on Monday. Defense attorney Kevin Reddington asked to split the trial into two parts, or what's called a "bifurcated trial." This means the first part would determine if she is guilty, and the second would determine if TTS she's criminally responsible. The prosecution argued the defendant has no constitutional right to a bifurcated trial. The judge said he would make a decision as soon as possible. #boston #massachusetts #court #fyp #lawyer
