Based on my experience, this place is a nightmare. Rude staff, racist vibes because of our indonesian passport, and smoke everywhere. 🚩 Totally ruined my holiday mood. Thanks for speaking up! 🙏

I've been to hotels in Europe, Australia and US, at the price you mentioned ... are more direct/upfront/"in your face" as compared to the lady in the Singapore Hotel which you labeled as "rude". Just sharing my experience ✌️
