@sunshinecoasthinterland: My husband and I came to Montville today and had lunch at Flaxton Gardens. The staff are so lovely and friendly. I ordered the Lobster burger. I Love my lobster coming from New Brunswick Canada, where we get it fresh from the Alantic ocean in July. So for me to say, the Lobster Burger was so Delicious, is a huge compliment. I had only ever had a lobster roll before, but the idea of a lobster burger is genius!!! The chef added Brie cheese to the lobster, and a prawn on crisp lettuce in a crispy bun. Thank you, Chef!!!!!
