This happened in 2022, SAPD officer James brennand conducted a stop on a dark red BMW which fled from him. Which he confused Eric for that suspect. As of now I’m pretty sure James was arrested for that incident

prison term? it may not have cost him his life but do you think bullets don't scar up the inside of your body permanently? the officer should have went to prison and the kids should have gotten at least 5 million dollars
