After pre-flush, drain oil, then refill and drive to full temperature and drain again?? Not many can afford to spend $200 on oil

Lawman75 :
Just warm up the oil let it drain back into the pan. Drain while it's still warm until it stops then pour fresh oil into the engine leaving the plug out which pushes the small bit of old oil out if the pan. Ive witnessed the old dark oil come out of the pan and seen it change color to the fresh gold oil. once that stops I put the plug back in.

I just add Lucas oil stabilizer every change. Adds $15 to the cost but well worth it my mind. Ive never had catastrophic engine failure in 30 years and driven many different models of vehicles.

Chemical flush, drive 10-15, drain and fill (cheap) “rinse” oil, run briefly, wait 10 and drain, 30 minutes, drain again, filter and new quality oil. Ready go 🚗

The part of the “double flush” seems bad, if you let all the oil drain out the block when you start it again I’m sure there be a few seconds where it’s running with no or low oil
