dude clearly has some disability, as soon as that was known they should have changed their approach, but cops just aren't trained with disabilities and anyone who seems suspicious or acts odd they immediately get aggressive, the was clearly scared, and then he gets back in a corner (staircase for this example) and dragged downstairs without just talking it out and not escalating the situation

But the female cop did was wrong, she asked to detain him and he tried to flee then she tried to detain him by force, which is normal when she realized she lacked the strength she should’ve called for back up when she was clearly this overpowered but yet she kept trying to overpower him, then when she was finally released and out of danger, she pulled her deadly weapon, meant for killing or seriously injuring instead of her taser or pepper spray, guns only meant if your life is in danger, her life was not once in danger during that whole time
