yeah, I usually side with the cops in a lot of these videos. I often praise their ability to stay calm and professional when they are constantly dealing with all of the bullshit they see of the way some people act during these stops. but this time I think the cop took it too far. yes, the driver was a bit of a smart ass, but he didn't do anything out of the way that could be seen as a problem. seeing as how the cop obviously decided he needed to be pulled over, he could have, and should have just gave a warning or wrote a citation and left. unless there is more to the video that we didn't see, I think the cop was very wrong here
