granted its not a scam since we sign the documents acknowledging the mileage cost. but it still feels like a scam. since we all just look at the 19.99. I asked once how does someone just pay 19.99? the employee said it is pretty must not possible.

I knew they charged by the miles so when mine came up to $77 I didn’t care it was still cheaper than having a moving company come and do it. Plus, I went way past the miles. I told them I was going to use. People should know they not renting that truck for $ 19.99 There has to be a catch. that’s how they make their money.
