I’ve been reflecting on some deeply distressing experiences I’ve had with healthcare providers recently. A few years ago, a doctor overlooked an abortive fibroid and told me everything was fine. Trusting her, I traveled back to my home country, only to end up in emergency surgery. It later came to light that she had seen it, but chose to wait two months for test results before acting, meanwhile, I was suffering from constant weakness and symptoms that were ignored.

My son needs surgery at the pediatrician, I called to make an appointment and was told that the waiting list is 3 months....I have never seen anything like this anywhere in the world, you say this country is in the Middle Ages, I think it was not like it is here now even then.....it is something unacceptable...unacceptable...

Whether or not it is actually urgent matters. Last year urgent X-ray like 1 hour max, non urgent MRI like 6 weeks. Same with specialists and huisarts

im having extreme health care issues and I have been put on heavy pain meds and im just left to deal with it. it sucks !

The worst! My experience with my mother in hospitals in Eindhoven was awful ! The doctors made up surgeries just to make money ! The hospital was dirty and never cleaned! Don’t go to a hospital in the Netherlands!
