Why file a lawsuit when it was WRONGFUL to pull up on someone and draw a gun IN THE FIRST PLACE; obviously to rob him… He drew his gun JUST AS THEY DID and because they died its problem? Was it not a problem when they pulled up to this man and pulled guns? RIGHT!
