for anyone else doing the shop: 450g self raising flour, 100g sugar, tsp baking powder, pinch salt, 100g butter (+60g later). 200 ml milk, 1 egg, tsp vanilla. 2 tbsp cinnamon, 20g golden syrup, 100g brown sugar.
