Omg I always go to Nepalese chef! I find it to be really nice, the chickens actually cooked unlike a lot of others …also shocked to hear it’s the cheapest, I think it’s so expensive 😂

yeah it is paratha btw. also im pretty sure the taste varies by region, a more lime taste suggests south Indian and the slight sweetness resembled thai/central pakistani flavours
