I loooove doing this. Learnt it from my Dad, i watched as a child how ppl would light up when he complimented them. Their whole aura would change was so lovely. I've always done the same. Mad how much u could change someone's whole day or week from just a compliment, kindness. Not enough kindness in the world so it's important to do 🥰

Crazy how much this can change someone’s day, in 2017 I was walking home from work one day to go home and do something truly terrible that would’ve crushed my family but a stranger got me speaking randomly just said I looked upset and asked me about what I had on my mind, what I did for work and about my family, one of the nicest interactions I’ve ever had and ultimately it stopped me doing what I had planned to do that day.
