It was heartbreaking when they were doing the interview and they all go into the reading room in Louis and Armands penthouse, and all the books were out of Louis reach bc he didn’t have the cloud gift… So even though Louis and Lestats relationship was rocky, Louis still had more freedom to be himself when he was around Lestat than he had when he was with Armand 💔

It makes me so mad that people blame Lestat for the play. He allowed Armand to think he was on his side with killing them when the only reason he ever went to the play was to save Louis and he very clearly could not have saved both of them without Armand’s suspicion mind you one of the only people in the entire world Lestat is scared of is Armand.
