@lilaandlemonn: LEMON BASQUE CHEESECAKE 500g mascarpone 4 eggs 2 tbsp flour Whatever you heart desires serving of vanilla extract 1.5 cups of double cream 1 cup of brown sugar Lemon zest and lemon juice Line your tin with parchment paper In a bowl whisk together all ingredients Pour into baking tin and bake at 200 degrees for 1 hour (until top is browned) Let it cool completely (I did not do this 😅) then slice and top with whatever your heart desires. I topped it with a lemon curd topping (Recipe in previous video).
