British shorthairs are notorious for being moody, also yours his considerably older too, I got a 2nd kitten when my shorthair was almost 18 months old and it took about 4 months before they stopped scrapping , take no notice of the TikTok police , I think they are getting on fine and no fur is flying at all .Even when they are fully fine with each other they will still have tussles x

They are 98% of the time getting on ... this 'play fighting' is their love language ... do you had a secret camera set up when you are not there and they are just chilling on their own? I think they will both be curled up on the bed .... x

I think the rag doll is just young and wanting to play. Your older cat is gentle with her most of the time time. It is like the baby just bugs the older one too much at times. I think as the kitten gets older they will bond. They are both gorgeous and love the videos.

it will take as long as it takes. This video is like watching ours. We've had the kittens 3 weeks now and it's baby steps. Taking every calm sniff as a win 😻😻😻

🥺as a crazy cat lady for yearssss .. I would say a month 😌is a good amount of time. If they sleep, eat, drink next to each other they are doing fine. Love the series btw. Both females makes it more difficult 💖 I reckon when kitten spayed will help. Try pet remedy spray & optimum feliway plug in too. Plus those spring toys .. too bond them..as pretty irresistible for them to play with xx

They’re fine nog will calm down and they’ll be fine together eventually Nog is a kitten and loves antagonising buush, and that’s all it is . There’s no real danger. I can watch them all day.😍♥️😻

I wouldn't say they ain't getting on. there is that much hissing and growling. cats rough play to learn boundaries, I personally think they are getting on okay, not perfect but it's not alarming or anything either.

I introduced a kitten to my then middle aged/old cat she must have been 11yrs old at the time .... the kitten my now solo 18yr old would leapfrog over her back at every opportunity and she hated her nothing would work to make them friends they tolerated eachother but also avoided being close despite being indoor cats, back then those pheromone plug ins and all these experts like jack on galaxy weren't around im scared to now introduced kitten to my 18yr old furbaby so I admire ur persistence just keep trying /doing ur best to keep fights to a minimum x
