i struggle with this so much, I just find it hard to naturally let a conversation flow i get stuck trying to come up with the next question in my head in a panic to look like a good conversationalist - but you’re so right!

Absolutely, couldn’t agree more on these 👏 However, quite a lot of my industry colleagues have shared how hard it is to even get an interview for a role these days. So there might not be any space to even show how charismatic & amazing you are! I’d suggest going for a quirkier cover letter then haha
