@historyunlocked26: On November 22, 1963, U.S. President John F. Kennedy was assassinated while riding in a motorcade in Dallas. He was shot as the presidential convoy passed through Dealey Plaza. Kennedy was transported to Parkland Memorial Hospital, where he was pronounced dead shortly after. Former Marine Lee Harvey Oswald was arrested and charged with the assassination. Two days later, Oswald was shot and killed while in police custody.
