It didn’t occur to us because some of us aren’t that smart. Now I have to go buy hair clippies. I keep my extra yarn in the shoe holders that hang over the back of the door. I currently have 5.

You probably don’t want to use metal, definitely find the plastic clips. Especially if you live in a humid climate.

Don’t clip them. Put them neatly in that basket with the tails hanging out of the holes like a yarn dispenser. Just pull!
