If you want to make it look better try putting the food on top of the sauce and bring the food closer to the center to make it look tighter

Ok but seriously pleaaaase be careful with cholesterol (dairy has plenty of that, especially hard cheeses) it sneaks up on you. I know, cheese sauces are wonderful but I’m now getting warned by my doctor after just a month of eating buffalo tenders (yes homemade) and blue cheese dressing.
