this is so real. my mind got really dark recently to the point where i broke down and asked for my best friend to come help me clean my house bc i physically couldn’t bring myself to do it. she secretly made a plan with my fiancé to get a house key from him and come over while i was at work and clean my whole house. i got home and walked into a clean home and cried. i’m very much so conditioned to be hyper independent and not rely on anyone for help with anything and struggle alone, and that moment i felt so seen. so, here’s a little reminder that you matter to someone. 🫶🏼

My grandpa is passing away and i told my fiancé that i wish I wasn’t here and needed to seek treatment for wanting to not be here anymore. He called me a few hours later saying that I have a tattoo appointment in 3 weeks, he has a suprise for me when I get home (he’s going shopping for me), and that we have plans for every weekend for the future. I am so grateful to have him in my life, without him I don’t think I’d be here.
