I *suspect* accutane CHRONICALLY dehydrated my body, but it’s kind of blessing as I’m locked in as a result. I now need 3-5L a day, lots of electrolytes and coconut water to not have peeling lips; extreme thirst, etc

What are your thoughts on microdosing accutane for mild acne? Been on 20mg 3x a week as a male 5’10 180lbs and it’s been amazing. No side effects, clean bloods (I don’t go every month like how you would on a normal dose), and clear skin. It’s a cheat code IMO. Did normal dose my first time and constantly had dry skin, bloody nose and high cholesterol.

I did a single high dose course, reaching the needed cumulative dose (barely). Shit came back immediately and was on a low-dose for two years. It's now 15 years later and my night vision is still gone, and I have dry skin. Worth it? Kinda.

Apoptosis isn’t always selective to sebaceous glands. I believe it may have induced apoptosis in certain regions in my brain related to dopamine. Got some bad mental sides on 10mg.
