Public photography anything the eye can see from public….None of your business…turn it up sensitive areas then make it private…and it’s none of your concern….you can’t make a lawful activity a crime…..NO you do NOT need to know it none of your business!

No one is obliged to give an account for a lawful activity. guidance released by the National Police Chiefs’ Council (NPCC) instructs police officers to refrain from violating civil rights, stop and account or abusing unjustified Section 43 of the Terrorism Act of 2000 when interacting with citizen journalists carrying out photography in public spaces. Since the Criminal Justice and Courts Act 2015 came into force, two officers have been charged with an offence under Section 26. Neither charge resulted in a conviction for the offence. That's 11 years, just 2 charged and no convictions. There are literally thousands of videos showing clear breaches of section 26 by the police.
