I thought buying shredded cheese was bad for you I was doing it my whole life till I found this post stating the stuff the put in to keep it shredded isn’t good as a nutritionist what’s your thoughts sometimes I’m super lazy and will buy but I’ve now started shredding my own cheese due to that
