For the one that looks like coolant was in the engine oil I think under the right conditions that one is fixable. Complete flush of the oil, reservoir and oil lines and refill with actual oil this time. As long as the engine was not even attempted to start before all of this, it may be fixable. If they so much as tried to crank it over that engine is likely screwed.

what mistake was made? uh the belt wasn't secured properly and you can see it jump off. I'm not a mechanic but I believe that's the problem.
