My nails looked terrible for awhile … they did finally get back to normal… but the neuropathy is another story .. it’s been 4years and my toes nails are still a little dark but I keep them polished

Someone else who had chemo recommended sally hansen hard as nails apply every other day and hers stayed strong that’s what I’ve been doing, I’m only one cycle in though 😊

Eine frage hast du keine Kühlhandschuhe getragen. Habe ich immer für Hände und Füße bekommen. Hat super geklappt bei jeder Sitzung.

Yup… mine used to be so strong and healthy… they are black and chip and break constantly. Some of my toe nails that chipped aren’t growing back :/ just another side effect on the massively long list
