Sanji isn't a failure he's a success. He's able to have and keep his humanity while his brothers can't. Sanji's humanity is what makes him who he is. Sanji is known for his kidness. Only Judge sees him as a failure but that isn't who he is. He's way more successful than everyone thinks. Being able to use his modifications while still keeping his humanity.
