Chicken taco bowl recipes ⬇️ Made this for dinner & meal preps last week and it was 🤌🏼 Cilantro lime rice🍚 1 C long-grain jasmine rice, rinsed and drained 1½ cups water 1 tsp garlic, minced (or could use garlic powder) 1 tsp lime zest 1½ Tbsp fresh lime juice ½ C finely chopped fresh cilantro 1 tsp chicken bouillon Add all ingredients to a pot or rice cooker & cook rice as normal. Fluff & enjoy!  Chicken marinade🍗 4 Tbsp orange juice 1½ Tbsp fresh lime juice 3 cloves garlic, minced 1½ Tbsp chili powder 2 tsp dried oregano 2 tsp paprika 1 teaspoon salt 1/2 tsp pepper Marinate boneless, skinless chicken thighs for 1 hour, up to overnight. Grill or smoke the chicken until cooked through. I love throwing them on the @traegergrills because they stay so moist! Let rest and then chop into bite sized pieces.  Cilantro lime crema🌿 1 C full fat greek yogurt 2 Tbsp mayo 1 Tbsp fresh lime juice ¼  tsp garlic powder ½ tsp salt ¼ tsp onion powder ½ C fresh cilantro Optional: 1/4 jalapeño  Blend, thin with milk or water as needed to reach your desired consistency.  The rest: •pickled onions (thinly sliced red onion, covered in lime juice & a pinch of salt then refrigerated for a couple of hours) •red bell pepper (thinly sliced, sautéed with salt & pepper in a bit of avocado oil)  •black beans (rinsed & drained) What’s your go to dinner at the moment?
