Social media showed us that the most RANDOM people in the world are extremely intelligent, hard working and talented but not rich or famous. Yet people still think famous people only got there by their smarts, work ethic and talent 😅

This is FACTS! I’m a flim producer(mainly in the indie scene) and my mentor had worked in Hollywood/major studios for nearly 20 yrs before she left. She advised me not to chase fame or Hollywood because you have to give *it* up to someone and usually it’s a lot of “someone’s”. It doesn’t get any better even if you’re an A-list star, both men & woman are “selling” themselves for fame. The producer I worked with said she can’t even watch mainstream movies the same anymore because of what she witnessed and experienced working with them. Ultimately her advice to me was to make a living doing indie films and plays.
