from a JM assistant manager, if i ever told employees they were giving “15% more OV than trained” or to not slide subs through OV that it’s already been sitting in, i would 100% not be surprised when losing staff. i think this mentality may tie into some sort of compulsive mentality that needs to be personally handled, rather than put onto other people.
