I beg of this person to password protect everything! Or better yet, no one other than the parents or official guardians should even be allowed to change anything or call a daycare setting garnering information about any child. I'm sorry ... even if you're on the best of terms with family members, the daycare should have never even gone so far as to discuss anything with Susan. Not good.
