I personally think the real work is learnt once the person starts working. I have had colleagues who were extremely good in class NO CHEATING but were bad at the work. The people we looked down in class rather were being praised when we were on ward.

My daughter went to community college and got her RN and then her bachelors degree (BSN) She said there was no possible way to cheat… so I’m truly curious as an educator myself, how are these students cheating and at what schools?

in my program there is literally no way to cheat, exams are 100% of our grade and we get scanned by a metal detector before going in for proctored exams

I can't even have a water bottle during exams because at some point along the way a student cheated and now we have to be thirsty the whole exam 😅
