@veritaneuro: In 2022, Dominik from Hungary 🇭🇺 sustained a T5–T6 complete spinal cord injury. Today, he is walking with Canadian crutches and locking his knees independently. During his latest visit to Verita Neuro in Thailand 🇹🇭  Dominik had his Epidural Stimulator re-mapped to improve his ability to lock his knees, correct his gait pattern, and build better weight shift, especially onto his left side. At the start of this visit, knee locking was inconsistent and fatigue was high after increasing training to four hours a day. By week two: 🦵 His extensor strength has improved significantly and he can maintain knee locking without manual support, while resisting external force. 🚶 His gait was smoother and more controlled and he can recover himself to prevent falls. ⚡ He demonstrates strong voluntary movement, not with the Epidural Stimulator alone.
