It’s in their third generation of family owners who believe that have perfected the cows diet combining rice and mountain water. 90% of Mogami beef is ranked A4 or A5 compared to Kobe which is around 80%. At the restaurant you can order a 2LB/ 900KG wagyu steak (which is unheard of in Japan) - it costs around £130 and includes the sides and would feed 3-4 people!
