After owning pizza restaurants there’s a ridiculous amount of flour that needs cleaned off the inside of the oven. Shared oven is not celiac safe imo even on its own pan

I love these kinds of restaurants! Their food is usually good and I enjoy mine better knowing people like my mother in law can eat good food without worrying about getting sick! ❤️plus the way she was clearly happy to tell you and not making it like it’s a burden!

Sadly not every Mellow follows the proper procedures. I used to work at one, and all they did was use the screen that barely ever got washed and depending on the employee there was a glove change.
