💯 That’s why I can always tell the income level they talk about making up stuff on your resume to get a job, and that they train you anyways…I’m like, yea nah that only may work under a certain level, but after +100K you’re expected to have a level of skills/experience and perform, and no one is going to hold your hand, training is bare minimum. You won’t be able to fake it either, you either can perform at a high level or not.
