@popescuraadu: Giving naturals hope, bulking edition From 79kg to 102kg in 3 months post show. That’s 23kg bw gained in 12 weeks, while staying relatively lean and getting stronger every week. I guess you can tell what my genetic trait is I got to this point without even pushing food intake, just eating until I am satisfied and training hard Macros: 4500kcal, 280p, 105f, 600c Cardio: at least 7.5k steps on training days Split: Lower, Upper, rest, repeat Water: 4-6L Sleep: 7-9H Some people that have seen me in person, on stage, said that my physique is impressive, others called me mid or nothing special. Although, my stage-ready shape is good, it is nothing compared to my offseason shape. This is where I stand out the most Some bodybuilders lose only 10kg in prep and they are ready to step on stage, meanwhile I had to lose 25kg last prep to reach the required conditioning. That’s just how my body works, it doesn’t like to get shredded. Imagine if I were to lose only 10kg… I would be 92-94kg at 5-6% bf and probably the best natural to have ever existed🤣 #gym #bulking #bodybuilding #Fitness #gymmotivation
