@liftwithshelby: as you can see I love this excerise. It has really helped me to round out my glutes. Its a mix of a side lunge and an rdl. I focus on hinging (rdl) while I lean to the side ( lunge) and I’ve noticed a difference in my square glutes with time. When I was doing reverse lunges consistently they helped too! They are more difficult movements to maintain as sb who used to not be able to do reverse lunges body weight bc of balance issue
