Can you help me my usual comfy bras have changed the way they make them I’m measuring as 39 (40) band and 45 cup usually a 38 DD but it now gapes in the band and too small in cups and I can’t remember all the tips and tricks ❤️

Looking for advice I’m 31inches band size and cup size measures 38.5 inches, I currently wear a 34D from recommendations and I feel I spill out it and google tells me I’m a 32F but I feel this is too small at the band and too big at the cup 😭 what would you recommend xx
