@victorianpoetry: I read a quote that said, “You’re not just choosing a life partner… you’re choosing your daughter’s first example of what love looks like.” And that stayed with me. Because love is not only something we feel. It is something we demonstrate. The way you speak to your partner, the way you treat them when things get hard, the way you show patience, respect, and kindness. All of it becomes a blueprint. One day, your daughter will look at the love you accepted and quietly decide, this is what love is supposed to be. So choosing the right person is not only about your happiness.
