you do know on that kitco app you can press the up arrow in the middle and then press value calculator for % of metal, amount, and currency... alot easier than all that calculater clicking

Your analyzer can fool you slightly. I’ve found that coins and some art pieces and jewelry have a higher gold content on the surface than they have inside. Meaning they’re likely gold plated a bit with .9999 gold to make it appear more yellow. I’ve analyzed pieces like you had, and then melted and assayed it, and it matched the spec, not the analyzer.
