My life was like this before I met my bf (after 30 years of being single). And I loved it! I still my alone time during weekdays cos my bf stays quite far out. It’s truly a peace that can’t be described and once you reach it, you’ve attained the ultimate level of self-love and full acknowledgement of your own worth. To hand that peace over to another person, would have to mean that they’re contributing anything to our lives that we don’t already have fulfilled on our own.
